Dr. Lynne Yeannakis
Dr. Lynne Yeannakis is the president of Decision Management Associates, USA, a consulting firm that provides services to a broad range of client systems including Education, Government, and Healthcare, as well as many non-profit organizations. Her consulting practice focuses on helping clients think strategically to successfully implement change.
Dr. Yeannakis is currently teaching and advising students at the University of Cape Coast in Ghana and Assumption University in Thailand in a masters and doctoral program in Organizational Development.
Dr. Yeannakis has been an organizational development consultant, educator/facilitator and executive coach for over 30 years. She began her career as a human resource specialist for the US Department of Health Education and Welfare in Washington, D.C. After completing her doctoral program, Dr. Yeannakis became the Director of Project Upward Mobility (a federal program to empower women in higher education) at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. Next, she became a full-time faculty member at the Austin Dunham Barney School of Business at the University of Hartford, Connecticut. Before opening her own consulting firm, she served as the Director of Organizational & Executive Development for Kaiser-Permanente in California.
Dr. Yeannakis received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Pennsylvania State University and her Doctorate from the University of Massachusetts where she was a Ford Foundation Fellow. Both personally and professionally she is committed to the empowerment of women and world peace.
