Sarra brings 7 years of experience at various international non-profits working in financial reporting, contract management, and operations. She holds a Master of Science in Finance from American University. Sarra thrives on and is passionate about opportunities that help create and sustain excellence that leads to the achievement of organizational goals.  

Sarra believes in the power of listening and not just waiting to talk. Her passion is working with people to solve complex organizational challenges. She thrives on understanding whole systems and finding creative and engaging solutions using relationship-oriented and strength-based approaches to ensure productivity and efficiency. Outside of work Sarra enjoys cooking, traveling, and participating in any competitive game (all in fun).
